Job Description of the Client Strategy Intern

We are looking for a driven undergraduate college student to join our team as a Client Strategy Intern. You will collaborate with various members of our Client Strategy team on day-to-day tasks integral to our team workflows, as well as work on independent projects to help us run the team more efficiently.

During this internship you will have the opportunity to learn the key parts of the Attentive platform, the tools we use, and experience what it is like to be at a fast-moving technology company. You will also be assigned a mentor throughout the course of your internship who will be a resource to you, be available to answer questions, and support your work.

Responsibilities of the Client Strategy Intern

  • Maintain our internal documentation and support visuals that live in our Wiki
  • Run client analysis in our Salesforce platform
  • Create client-facing documents used throughout our customer lifecycle
  • Prep and improve any internal team presentation materials
  • Assist in organizing and sending out client and employee gifts
  • Work on tons of ad hoc client and internal projects that come up because we are a fast-moving startup.

Skills & Requirements To Apply As A Client Strategy Intern

  • High school graduate currently enrolled in a 2 or 4 year college program
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly understand and articulate customer needs
  • Ambitious and hardworking, extremely detail oriented and organized, with a love for creative problem-solving
  • Self-starter, someone who takes initiative
  • Keen interest in startups, software, and entrepreneurism
  • Comfortable learning new software (for project management, design, data management, and internal tools)
