Duties and Responsibilities of a Performance Management Analyst
- Ability to analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate performance management systems for a large organization.
- Also, he must have knowledge of the Balanced Scorecard and the techniques for generating meaningful scorecards.
- Must possess knowledge of other performance management methods, Job Analysis, Reward Management tools & techniques and different ERP Solutions and Performance Management
- Furthermore, must have experience in providing advisory services for informed decision-making.
- Performance Analyst must Understand of the macro and micro business environment and of how environmental factors & other drivers affects business strategies & tactics.
- In addition, he must provide advice & structure to the process of translating business strategies & tactics into specific objectives/plans that support goal achievement.
- Good understanding of key business functions and how they inter-relate to achieve business objectives.
- Performance Analyst must have knowledge of HRBP functions and the different labour regulation
Requirements and Qualifications of a Performance Management Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years work experience.
- A Master’s Degree is an added advantage
- Good knowledge Ms office suit.
- Top-notch Planning and coordinating skills.
- Also, must possess the ability to effectively solve problems, negotiate and make decisions
