Job Title: Office Clerk

Location: Lagos


  • Manage the customer’s accounts receivable information and send it to the customer, the corresponding salesperson and their direct superior when the amount changes each time.
  • The Office Clerk at Lontor provides accurate account balance to the voucher preparation personnel in time.
  • The clerk must be timely in confirming each payment of the customer.
  • Update the customer account flow at the beginning of each month and send it to the customer, the corresponding salesman and his direct superior.


  • Skillfully use Microsoft office, be able to complete calculation and statistics with Excel, and be sensitive to numbers.
  • The clerk should be able to respond quickly, be serious and responsible.
  • They prefer a clerical or financial worker.
