Job Description

• Recruitment Intern maintains records using an applicant tracking system, posting jobs, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Maintain human resource information confidentiality
• Implementing human resource procedures
• Lead the successful placement of candidates into qualifying positions.
• Participating in the recruitment process to fill multiple open job positions.
• NYSC Recruitment Intern contacts potential candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and other mediums, sourcing resumes from existing databases.
• Contact references and perform background checks
• Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions

Requirements to Apply as a Recruitment Intern

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
• A Corps member posted to Lagos and in search of a PPA.
• Must reside in LAGOS preferably around OGUDU
• Recruitment Intern candidates should have interest in Human Resources/Recruitment Consulting
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL and other Microsoft office software
• Must be computer and internet savvy
• Must be a fast learner
