About the role:
As part of a dynamic and results-driven team you will provide the Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP) with internal technical capability in Digital Engineering, helping to develop and roll out a digital way of working that will enhance the project development and project delivery capabilities of the organisation. Working within the Engineering team and reporting to the Director, Engineering, the role supports both the core Engineering functions such as design development, design assurance and completions, as well as the broader use of digital engineering tools across the organisation. The Manager, Digital Engineering will work with MTIA, Alliance and Technical Advisor digital leads to ensure the compatibility of MTIA, LXRP and Alliance/TA digital processes.
About you
You will have a strong sense of purpose in helping the project deliver on transforming the way Victorians live, work and travel. You will bring with you experience in leading Digital Engineering (DE) /Building Information Modelling (BIM) teams in Engineering/ Architecture/Rail/Construction project delivery in multi – disciplinary infrastructure projects. Additionally, your knowledge of Bentley Systems tools (Microstation, Projectwise, eB etc.) and ISO19650 2019 will also stand you in very good stead to undertake this role successfully. It is mandatory that you will have attained a relevant qualification in an Engineering or Science-related discipline or an appropriate technical qualification with proven industry capability.
