Job Description

• As the HR consultant, you would Effectively manage HR Recruitment and Outsourcing responsibilities and needs of Clients
• Consistently and effectively source and update database of management and technical CVs of candidates
• HR Consultant consistently liaise with organisations to obtain their HR needs for possible business engagements
• The HR consultant Develop and enhance strategic business partnerships by fully engaging and building trust with clients’ key decision makers to drive talent attraction and retention
• Identify new service opportunities that support clients from the recruiting stage to the retirement/demobilisation stages as the HR Consultant.
• Build trust with clients’ key decision makers to drive client retention, and assume account responsibility at the time of client sale as HR Consultant.
• The HR consultant sets and manages client expectations and be the point person for client’s human resource needs

Job Requirements

HR Consultant at Proten International requirements include:

• Minimum of B.Sc. / HND
• The HR consultant should possess Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in a consulting space.
• HR Consultant Must have proven experience in outsourcing recruitment.
• Must be ready to resume immediately.
• The HR Consultant should have Good knowledge of Nigerian labor law, Global best practices and standards.
• HR consultant candidate should have a Proven track record developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance to procedures, policies, and processes.
