Job description

Position Summary

The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, Executive Team and managing general administrative operations. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following administrative functions:

  • Provide Sophisticated calendar management for the CEO by way of prioritizing inquiries and request to ensure smooth day to day engagements.
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that will facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external relationships on all matters pertaining to the CEO.
  • Manage effective communication to ensure the CEO is well informed on upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
  • Handling correspondence and meeting scheduling.
  • Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries on behalf of the CEO.
  • Producing reports and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
  • Answer the main office phone line and respond to inquiries.
  • Ensure proper communication between the management and team members.
  • Provide other support as may be requested by the CEO.

Requirements
  • Must be committed and passionate about CTH’s goal, objectives and mission.
  • 0 – 2 years working experience including office management and administrative experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • A strategic mind that is focused on execution.
  • Good analytical and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work with speed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage competing priorities and support large teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • High level of determination and tenacity.
  • Experience in the usage of office software packages (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Skype, Zoom, etc.).
